Day 1 – 30 May 2027 | Arrival in Bosnia | Theme: Arrival & Intention

Arrive at Sarajevo International Airport. Private luxury transfer to Visoko. Check-in at Hotel Vema. Welcome dinner, opening meditation, and full retreat orientation with Nila Amma.

Day 2 – 31 May 2027 | Rest, Grounding & Ravne Park | Theme: Grounding

A gentle first full day to recover from travel. Morning yoga, group introductions, visit to Ravne Park, nature walk, and evening meditation.
Time required: Full day of light activities (Introductions 2–3 hrs; park & nature walk 3–4 hrs; evening meditation 1–1.5 hrs).

Day 3 – 1 June 2027 | Pyramid of the Sun | Theme: Awakening

Sunrise meditation, guided ascent, silent walking meditation, breath-work, and integration circle.

Time required: Full day (sunrise start; ascent and practices 5–7 hrs including breaks and integration).

Day 4 – 2 June 2027 | Ravne Tunnels | Theme: Inner Healing
Spend several hours in the tunnels. Silent meditation, breath work, sound healing, and journaling.

Day 8 – 6 June 2027 | Mostar

Visa
Citizens of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, EU/EEA countries, and many other nationalities do not require a visa for stays of up to 90 days.

Indian & Nepali nationals: Visa normally required. However, holders of a valid multiple-entry US, UK, or Schengen visa can enter visa-free for up to 30 days. Without such a visa, apply in advance at a Bosnian embassy/consulate. Always verify the latest requirements with the official Bosnia and Herzegovina embassy or consulate for your nationality.

Food Availability (€ 5- 40 Per Meal)

In Sarajevo restaurants you’ll mainly find traditional Bosnian, Italian/pizza, European/continental, and Mediterranean menus, plus a few specialised spots for Indian (Taj Mahal), Chinese, Japanese/sushi, and Turkish.

In Visoko restaurants the choice is narrower: mostly Bosnian, Italian/pizza, European, and grill places.

Cancellation Policy

• To secure your place on the Sacred Bosnian Valley Transformational Retreat 2027, full payment is required by 15th March 2027. The following cancellation terms apply once payment has been received:

• Cancellations received on or before 28 February 2027: Full refund less a €150 administrative fee.

• Cancellations between 1 March 2027 and 30 March 2027: 50% refund of the total tour price.

• Cancellations between 31 March 2027 and 30 April 2027: 25% refund of the total tour price.

•  Cancellations on or after 1 May 2027: No refund.

• In the event of cancellation by Nila’s Mystic School due to insufficient participants, force majeure, or other operational reasons, a full refund of all payments received will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of written cancellation notice to the email address provided at the time of booking.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) to Nila’s Mystic School. Travel insurance covering trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

Terms and Conditions

By registering and making payment for the Sacred Bosnian Valley Transformational Retreat 2027, participants agree to the following terms:

1. Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the spiritual nature of the retreat, the guidance of Nila Amma, fellow participants, local guides, and the sacred sites. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.

2. Health & Fitness

The itinerary involves walking, mild hiking (Pyramid of the Sun ascent), and time spent in underground tunnels. Participants confirm they are in suitable physical and mental condition to take part. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

3. Accommodation

Rooms are double-sharing as standard. Single-room supplements may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional cost. Hotel assignments (Hotel Vema, Visoko and Malak Regency Hotel, Sarajevo) are as stated and may only be changed for operational reasons.

4. Programme Changes

Nila’s Mystic School reserves the right to modify the itinerary, sites, or sequence of activities due to weather, site access, local regulations, or group needs while preserving the overall transformational intent of the retreat.

5. Liability

Nila’s Mystic School, its organisers, guides, and partners act only as agents for the suppliers of transport, accommodation, and other services. They accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from any cause beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, political unrest, or supplier default. Participants travel at their own risk.

6. Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation cover) is mandatory and is the sole responsibility of each participant.

7. Photography & Media

By joining the retreat, participants grant Nila’s Mystic School permission to use photographs and video taken during the programme for promotional purposes, unless written objection is received prior to the start of the retreat.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nila’s Mystic School is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Flight Details, Booking & Payment Confirmation

International flights are not included in the retreat package and must be arranged independently by each participant. However we will facilitate if required

Suggested Flight Timing:

• Arrival: On 30 May 2027 (Day 1). Private transfers will be available to the group departure only

• Departure: On 8/9 June 2027 (Day 10/11) after the morning blessing ceremony. Transfers will be scheduled to group departures only.

How to Book & Confirm Your Place:

2. Complete the registration form and return it together with a copy of your passport.

3. Make full payment of the retreat fee by bank transfer or the method advised by the school no later than 28 February 2027.

4. Upon receipt of full payment, a written confirmation email will be issued. Your place is secured only after this confirmation.

5. After confirmation, book your international flights to/from Sarajevo (SJJ) and send your flight itinerary to the school so that private airport transfers can be arranged.

Early registration is strongly advised as the group is limited and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once full payment is received.
